RETURN OF AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY & AUSTRIA
Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, you can easily return your purchased items to us within 14 days of delivery.
Step 1
Register your return at devotiontwins.com/apps/returns
Step 2
Select the reason for your return and choose whether you want an exchange or a refund
Step 3
Download your return label and send the parcel via the post office
STEP 4:
Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email
STEP 5: We will either send your replacement item or issue your refund

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- The refund is processed once your return is received
- The time of the payment refund may vary depending on your payment provider
RETURN POLICY
- The return policy applies only to unworn, unwashed and unblemished items from which the tags have not been removed.
- Only a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Therefore, please return all items in one package
- Returns will be made using the shipping carrier through which the package was delivered.
- We can only accept returns from the country of delivery. For example, if the shipment was sent to Germany, the return may also only be initiated from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge, the fees for import and delivery are at your expense
Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery:
- By return: Simply send the items back within 14 days
- By notice: Inform us by email or phone, then return the goods within 14 days

You can return items within 14 days of delivery (in selected countries).

- Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
- Please include the return form so we can process your return correctly
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive your return

Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was delivered. For example, if your order was delivered to Germany, the return must also be shipped from Germany. If a return is sent from a different country, it will not be free of charge and any import or shipping fees will be your responsibility.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that our poplin garments may arrive slightly wrinkled due to shipping. We recommend using a steamer or a low-heat iron to restore their shape.
