RETURN POLICY

RETURN OF AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY & AUSTRIA

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, you can easily return your purchased items to us within 14 days of delivery.

STEP 1:
Request your return label via support@devotiontwins.com and fill it out. 

STEP 2: 
Place the completed return form and the item you wish to return in your package.

STEP 3:
Close the package carefully and attach the printed return label to your package.

STEP 4:
Then drop off the package at your nearest post branch.

STEP 5:
As soon as we receive the package, you will receive a confirmation by mail.

STEP 6: All confirmed returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

After we receive your return, we will notify you by email of the credit to be issued. The refund will be issued immediately. Please note:

  • The refund will be in the form of the same payment method as the purchase
  • The amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer and card/account holder
  • The time of the payment refund depends on the payment method or credit card used

 

RETURN POLICY

  • The return policy applies only to unworn, unwashed and unblemished items from which the tags have not been removed.
  • Only a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Therefore, please return all items in one package
  • Returns will be made using the shipping carrier through which the package was delivered.
  • We can only accept returns from the country of delivery. For example, if the shipment was sent to Germany, the return may also only be initiated from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge, the fees for import and delivery are at your expense

 

DECLARATION OF REVOCATION

Should you wish to revoke your contractual declaration, you have the following two options:

  1. DECLARATION OF REVOCATION BY RETURN SHIPMENT

Your declaration of revocation is made within 14 days after delivery simply by returning the goods.

  1. DECLARATION OF REVOCATION IN WRITING OR BY TELEPHONE

Your declaration of revocation is made within 14 days after delivery in writing, e.g. by e-mail, fax, mail, or by telephone to us. We recommend that you use our sample form for this purpose. Subsequently, please return the goods to us within 14 days.

RETURNS OUTSIDE GERMANY & AUSTRIA

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you can return your purchased items to us within 14 days of delivery. You will have to cover the costs of the return shipment yourself. Please fill out the return form so that we can correctly allocate your return. After we receive your return, you will be notified by email. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
