Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or edit the shipping details after you have received a confirmation email. We are unable to combine orders, change sizes, or add or remove parts from an existing order after it has been placed. Why was my order cancelled?
If an item of your order is not available, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours regarding the cancellation. The money will be refunded immediately.
Shipping
When will I receive a shipping confirmation?
As soon as your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. If you are registered in our system, you can check the status in your account. In case you did not receive a notification, please check your spam folder or contact our customer care team directly: support@devotiontwins.com
When will I receive my Order?
We strive to process all orders within 2 - 4 business days (Germany) and, with foreign deliveries within 7 - 15 days after conclusion of the contract. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, with DHL. We work continuously to meet all delivery times, but if there are any delays (postal/transport company delays, strikes or holidays), we will inform you immediately. To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing all orders as early as possible to avoid any possible delivery delays.

Returns
Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your shipment to request a return. Please register for the return via the return policy section in the footer. For the registration you need the order number.
Exchange instead of a refund - is this possible?
We do not offer exchanges of items. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, please place a new order.
